First National Yarrawonga properties showcased at the recent Regional Victoria Living Expo

O’Meara Kennedy First National Real Estate Yarrawonga was excited to have the opportunity to showcase their properties for sale at the inaugural 3 day Regional Victoria Living Expo which was held recently at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
It was a huge event with over 8000 public passing through the doors and all regional areas of Victoria were represented.
First National Real Estate sponsored the event which is a testimony to its commitment to the communities in which its real estate agents work and live. The expo aimed to bring regional and rural Victoria to Melbourne to showcase the business. lifestyle and cultural riches country Victoria has to offer.
“Country or rural living offers many lifestyle benefits for people and increasingly Melburnians are seeking those out,” First National CEO Ray Ellis said.
Christine Gardner of O’Meara Kennedy First National Real Estate Yarrawonga jumped at the opportunity to be part of the Expo and to exhibit the wonderful properties that are listed with the office.
“We took our Property Guides to display at the First National stand and to hand out to interested people as we spoke to them. I was amazed by the number of people who enquired and were genuinely interested in relocating to regional Victoria including Yarrawonga,” Christine said.
Over 300 people wanting to move out of Melbourne registered their details at the First National display and completed the questionnaires “It was exciting to be part of the expo and to be there to showcase our properties. Our office is so committed to our vendors and will always look at different opportunities to market their properties,” Christine said. “The expo was an ideal way of being out there in Melbourne promoting our wonderful town’s properties and we will most definitely be there at the next one.
