Buyers seek low-maintenance homes

The demand for affordable low maintenance properties is on the rise, according to local agent Graeme Paddock.

Mr Paddock, of First National Leumeah United, says inquiries in the $250,000 $350,000 price bracket has skyrocketed in recent months, highlighting a key shift in buyer demand.
