Units dip but house rents up

A report has revealed that while rental prices for houses in Alice Springs have risen since 2011, rental prices of units and apartments have dropped.

According to the latest re- port from the Australian Property Monitors (APM), the median weekly rent for a house has gone up 8 per cent since the July-September quarter 2012.
