Halfway between Geelong and Werribee, Lara is set for another real estate boom, according to a local agent.

The median dwelling price doesn’t tell the whole story, but in metro Melbourne it is currently $455,000 compared to $324,450 in regional Victoria,’ First National Real Estate spokesman Stewart Bunn says.
